What to expect from your session

Before

You will explain the problematic behavior in writing when you sign up for your appointment.

I will do preliminary research.

During

You will describe the problematic behavior in greater detail.

I will ask some follow-up questions.

We will discuss the behavior changes options, based on my experience, education, and research.

We will work out a behavior change plan.

After

Within 1 week from our appointment, I will send you a written copy of the behavior change plan we came up with together.

I will be available for follow-up questions via email.

You can schedule 3 follow-up appointments , if needed, free of charge.
